Founder Nithya Gopalan
Nithya is a meditation instructor (International Meditation Practitioner), speaker, translator, writer, and art enthusiast, actively engaged in multiple creative and spiritual fields.
She pursued engineering education and completed her B.E. degree from JJCET College, Tiruchirappalli.
In the course of life, her search for inner peace and true happiness drew her towards meditation. She began learning systematic meditation practices in 2016 and gained deep experience in the ancient Vedic meditation system. She received formal meditation training through Lotus Ocean Meditation, founded in London by Sri Prashanth Trivedi.
Prior to dedicating herself fully to meditation, she also gained professional experience working with CTS.
Her core mission is to ensure that everyone gains access to proper and authentic meditation practices. She conducts online and offline meditation sessions in both Tamil and English, separately for children and adults.
She translated the English book P’s Gita into Tamil under the title “Prashanthin Gita.” The book was published by Iniya Nandavanam Publications as a special edition.
Her areas of interest include astrological research, poetry, singing, and painting. She has performed poetry at platforms such as the Kerala Tamil Sangam, Andaman Tamil Sangam, and Tiruchirappalli Tamil Sangam. She has also participated in a music program on Vendhar TV.
She has received several honors for her contributions, including the “Sadhanai Pen Award – 2025” from Nandavanam Foundation and the “Best Lifestyle Coach Award – 2025” from the Lions Club.
An introductory article about Nithya was published in the Sunday special edition “Devathai” magazine of the Daily Thanthi newspaper.
She currently conducts meditation programs under the name “Thamarai Kadal.”
Our Approach
